This policy describes information handled through the Naperville Premier Limo & Taxi website, booking service and reservations communications. Provide only the information needed to arrange your transportation; do not enter payment-card numbers or unnecessary medical details in trip notes.
How information is used
Information is used to calculate routes and fares, check availability, arrange and manage transportation, communicate about your trip, respond to requests, and protect the service against abuse. Our website booking tool does not collect or charge payment cards. Separate payment arrangements may involve their own information notices.
Service providers and drivers
WordPress and our hosting services support the website. Google Maps services process address searches and route information when these features are enabled. HighLevel supports contact records, calendars and reservations communications. Relevant itinerary and contact details may be shared with the drivers and personnel arranging your transportation. These providers process information needed to deliver their services and may operate in different locations.
AI-assisted calls and messages
Our HighLevel phone service may use Halo, an AI reservations assistant. Calls handled by that service may be recorded, transcribed and summarized, with summaries retained in contact notes for reservations support. Ask for human assistance if you prefer. Optional booking-update SMS consent is separate from making a reservation. Where messaging is available, you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance; message and data rates may apply.
Technical information and cookies
Hosting and security services may receive technical information such as IP address, browser information, request times and pages requested. The booking service uses temporary address and quote records and abuse-prevention counters. WordPress uses cookies for functions such as account authentication. Retention, security and your choices
Records may be retained for trip administration, customer support, accounting, dispute handling and applicable obligations. Retention depends on the record and purpose. We use safeguards appropriate to the service, but no online system is completely secure. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to ask about privacy choices. We may need to verify your identity and retain information required for legitimate operational or legal reasons.

This service is intended for people arranging transportation, not for children to submit personal information independently.
